To register an Account on 333x, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any of this information changes.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 333x Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a false identity, or using the credentials of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 333x reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any bonuses or winnings derived from such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333x username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and 333x accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to secure your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 333x support immediately via the live chat function in your Account dashboard. 333x will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account pending investigation.
333x operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in persistent cases, Account closure.
You may request closure of your 333x Account at any time by contacting support through the live chat in your Account dashboard. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons may be subject to a self-exclusion period before re-registration is permitted.
333x supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Pakistan:

The minimum deposit amount on 333x is Rs. 200 (PKR). Deposits below this threshold may be rejected by the Platform. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 333x, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 333x subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has completed KYC verification; (b) no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on your Account; and (c) the withdrawal amount meets or exceeds the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
333x targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on your bank's processing timelines. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
As a general policy, 333x processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their legitimate source. Exceptions may be made at 333x's sole discretion in documented cases where the original payment method is no longer available.
333x offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds will not be available for withdrawal.
333x operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, using automated software to clear bonuses, or any other conduct designed to exploit the 333x bonus system in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, 333x reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the 333x sportsbook and wagers placed on 333x casino games are subject to the applicable Game Rules for each product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant Game Rules before placing any bet or wager. 333x reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical fault has affected the outcome of a game or event.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 333x. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of placing a bet. 333x reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account-level limits in cases where irregular betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, game malfunctions, or erroneous jackpot amounts — 333x reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's Account. 333x will not be liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from manifest errors.
Cricket betting markets on 333x, including PSL markets, are governed by 333x's cricket betting rules which are available within the sportsbook section of your Account. In-play cricket betting markets may be suspended during key events such as wickets, injury reviews, or DLS recalculations. Bets placed before a suspension are settled according to the applicable rules for that market type.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333x Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
All content on the 333x Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 333x Group or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333x Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 333x Platform without prior written consent from 333x Group.
333x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
333x will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333x Group, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the 333x Platform.
333x does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333x shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, 333x's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the 333x Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333x Group holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 333x Platform shall first be referred to 333x's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a dispute, you must contact 333x support in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 333x will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
